CPS Energy's Corporate College Intern Program enables qualified students to gain hands-on experience in their field of study. As an intern, you’ll gain practical work experience in areas such as engineering, general business, information systems, accounting, finance, marketing and other fields of study.

CPS Energy interns primarily work full time during the summer. However, this does not preclude internships during the school year.

Are there any requirements I must meet in order to apply for an internship?

There are a few requirements: You must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university, and be majoring in a field that aligns with the position for which you are applying. Also, you must have a GPA of 3.0, and pass a drug screening and background check. We also prefer that applicants be in their junior or senior year of college (60 or more semester hours), and that they possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
