Rental of the Main Floor for a wedding or quinceañera is $2,400 for 10 hours (3 p.m. to 1 a.m.). All aspects of your event, including decorating, event, and clean-up, need to take place within this timeframe.

You may rent the patio for an additional $400 for the 10-hour time allotment.  If additional time is needed, extra hours can be added. The cost is $200 for each additional hour.

In addition to the rental, you will be responsible for:

  • Liability Insurance
  • Security
  • Wedding/Event Coordinator
  • Caterer
  • Other vendors (florist, decorator, DJ/band, photographer)

You may select your own vendors. They will need to sign the acknowledgement form, page 3, in the Vendor Handbook in order to provide services in the building.

A wedding/event coordinator will be required to help you oversee the activities of your big day. We will have a staff person onsite during the event to maintain the safety and security of the building. They will interact with your coordinator to make sure your event is successful, but they will not be responsible for overseeing the event’s activities.

Parking is available for your event at CPS Energy’s parking lots located within one block of the facility.  If you are interested in providing parking for your guests, tickets can be purchased at anytime up to one month prior to your event. Please see Parking for more information.

Payment can be made in the form of a money order or cashier’s check.  We DO NOT accept credit cards. 

Payment schedule is as follows:

  • 50% due at the time the Lease Agreement is signed
  • 50% due 60 days prior to the event
  • Security and Liability Insurance due 30 days prior to the event
  • Additional charges (ice, extra tables and chairs, etc) are payable at the conclusion of the event and can be paid by personal check

If you are still interested in the facility, we would ask that you and your wedding coordinator read through the Rules and Regulationsrequest a date, and schedule a site visit to see the facility.

The booking process will be as follows:

  • You request a date for your event
  • If available, the date is tentatively held
  • You and your wedding/event coordinator schedule a site visit to view the facility
  • An Event Rental Request Form will be mailed to you. Please complete this form and return it to us. We will use the information provided to create your lease agreement. You have 30 days to return the completed form to us. If we do not receive the form and do not hear from you, the space will be released for other bookings.
  • Upon receipt of your Event Rental Request Form, a lease agreement will be generated and mailed to you. You will have 45 days to execute the agreement and return it to us with a 50% deposit, payable by cashier’s check or money order.
  • Three months (90 days) prior to your event, we will mail you an invoice for the rest of the rental payment, this is due within 30 days and is payable by money order or cashier’s check.
  • Two months (60 days)  prior to the event
    • We will provide a quote for liability insurance coverage and security costs which will need to be paid in full 30 days prior to your event date. Again, money order or cashier’s check will be accepted as forms of payment.
    • You will also be contacted by the staff at the building to discuss layout of tables, chairs, bars, etc. We encourage you to schedule a visit and to bring your caterer, decorator and wedding coordinator to this site visit to go over final details.
    • We ask that for the day of your event, the wedding coordinator be the point of contact to help you navigate through the day’s activities.

Your wedding/event coordinator will be our point of contact on event day. They will be responsible for handling the flow of activities. One staff person will be on-site during the event to ensure the safety and security of the building.
