Please assist us in having the most updated information on your company by accessing the Supplier Classification List (Updated 7/21/2014) to determine whether the classification for your company is current in CPS Energy’s Supplier Database. Upon accessing the link, please search for your company’s name and review your Expiration Date.
A CPS Energy Business Questionnaire will need to be completed and returned to us as soon as possible if the following applies:
• Classification is expired.
• Classification is to expire within 60 days.
• Space for the “Expiration Date” is blank.
• Company not listed.
The questionnaire can be accessed by clicking on the SBA Questionnaire . You may submit your completed form with your Proposal; please note only scanned copies with original signatures can be accepted via email no electronic signatures accepted.
