Subcontracting Requirements

Contractors classified by CPS Energy as a “Large Business” will be required to furnish the subcontracting documents for any contract is expected to meet or exceed $650,000 ($1,500,000 for construction) at the time the bid or proposal is awarded.


Please print and submit the Subcontracting Documents form. Failure to provide these documents may result in the award being cancelled.


When the contractor will be providing subcontracting opportunities, the contractor agrees to submit to our Supplier Diversity Office a Subcontracting Plan and Subcontracting Report Standard Form 294 and 295, as required by the terms and conditions of the contract. The Subcontracting Report is required upon CPS Energy's request. The following are links to the forms you may need in the future:

  • The SF295 Form and SF295 Attachment for a summary report.
