CPS Energy Unclaimed Funds Search
CPS Energy has unclaimed funds valued at $100.00 or less from uncashed checks, deposits or refunds from June 2005 or prior years. State law, under Chapter 76 of the Texas Property Code, requires CPS Energy to hold abandoned and unclaimed funds at and under $100.00 until owners or their legal heirs claim it. Claimants will need to provide the owner's name, previous and current Texas addresses, and a taxpayer identification number or social security number.
