If you meet the program qualifications and are interested in participating in the Casa Verde SA weatherization program, download the application form and mail the completed application to the address listed below. Please include copies of the following items:

• Valid ID
• Names, dates of birth, and Social Security numbers for all residents in the home
• Acceptable proof of income (most recent tax return or pay stub) for last 30 days
• Social Security award letters
• Most recent CPS Energy bill
• If you rent, bring your lease agreement and signed permission from owner
• Mail to:  CASA VERDE SA, Mail Drop 100601, CPS ENERGY, P.O. BOX 1771, San Antonio, TX 78296

Or you may apply in person at the next Casa Verde SA event in your area. Make sure to bring the items listed above.
