CPS Energy provides electric and natural gas services for all residential and commercial customers and developments in our service territory.  All service requests, whether new service installation requests, service remodel requests, All-Night Security Lighting (ANSL) requests or street lighting requests (associated with new residential developments), are handled by CPS Energy’s Customer Engineering Department. 

There are four organizational units within Customer Engineering that are structured to manage customers’ service needs based on the type of service request being made. These units are Residential Services, Commercial Services, Large Commercial Services & Developments and Residential Developments.
