We know San Antonio is growing at a rapid pace. Through New Service Delivery, you can expedite the installation of gas and electric service for your new master planned development, custom-home build, or commercial/industrial development (including line extensions for these projects).
Overhead and underground gas and electric distribution systems for residential subdivisions, single or multi-family dwellings, and for streetlights that are part of residential subdivisions will be installed within 15 business days after your project is determined to be job ready. We also provide overhead and underground gas and electric distribution systems for commercial developments and manufactured home lots. For these projects, we will work with you to establish a negotiated need-by date for the installation of these systems.
New Service Delivery's Web Portal
All New Service Delivery jobs are initiated through the New Service Delivery Web Portal. Through this portal, you or your representative can complete service applications and check the status of an existing request. All customers must complete training on the portal before they can initiate project requests.
