To start a subdivision project with CPS Energy using the New Service Delivery Portal, you should have the following elements ready to create your job package:

• A completed hard copy of the Subdivision Development Application
• 3 hard copies of the Subdivision Plat
• 3 hard copies of the Utility Layout (with streetlight locations and authorization letter from the developer to install street lights)
• 1 digital copy of the site plan with all potential easements identified.
