We offer a number of options for paying your monthly bill -- from making your payment by mail or in person to paying it online. We also have programs to help you pay your bill on time and can provide you with avenues for receiving financial assistance with your bills. 	Pay In Person Stop by dozens of locations to make a payment or request assistance with your bill.
	Pay By Mail Stick it in the mailbox with our pre-addressed return envelope included with your bill.
	Automatic Monthly Payments (AutoPay) Have your monthly bill automatically withdrawn from your bank.
	Bill Matrix Pay your bill by phone using an electronic check, ATM debit card or credit card.
	Gift Certificates Redeem a gift certicate to pay your bill or buy one for a friend.
