Request Additional Time to Pay Your Bill

Health or financial hardships sometimes make it difficult to pay our bills. As a customer of CPS Energy, you may request additional time to pay overdue bills and avoid the disconnection of your electric or natural gas service.
You can call CPS Energy at (210) 353-2222 to request an extension and set up a payment schedule for your service. As part of this agreement, we ask that you maintain contact with us to continue this schedule in order to avoid a future disconnection of service.
