At CPS Energy, we offer our customers a variety of billing programs that are designed to take the pressure off our customers. We’ll work with you to establish a budget payment plan to allow you to pay the same amount for your utility bill every month.  If you are disabled, a senior citizen or temporarily unable to pay your monthly bill, you may be eligible for one of our programs that offers additional time for you to make your payment without penalty.

Finally, in an effort to ensure continuous service for eligible customers, CPS Energy offers a Critical Care Program to minimize potential risks for those who depend on and use electrically operated medical equipment in their homes.
