You may be more comfortable using conventional, standard mail to send and receive your bills rather than handling it electronically. If so, you can mail your payments to CPS Energy in the pre-addressed return envelope included with your monthly bill.
If you’ve lost that envelope, just stuff your bill statement and payment in a blank envelope. Remember to allow two or three days for mailing and processing. Don’t forget a stamp!
