Paying your energy bill online means you don’t have to write a check, stuff an envelope and track down that elusive stamp to get your bill in on time. Instead, we can e-mail your bill to you, and our online payment system is so easy that you can pay your bill faster than you can walk to your mailbox.

It takes just a few minutes to enroll in our Free Online Payment program. Have your CPS Energy account number and your bank account information handy and you’ll be asked to create a password.  When you enroll, you can even “turn off” receiving your paper bill and avoid that hassle. 

Your bill will be sent to your e-mail each month. (You may need to check your security settings to be sure you’ll receive your bill each month.) You’ll be able to view a copy of your entire bill, as well as an archive of the past 13 months’ bills.

Online payments are processed at no charge to you, through electronic withdrawals from your checking or savings account. Funds are paid directly to CPS Energy and posted within 48 hours.
