CPS Energy verifies rebates by inspecting the work completed at your home (this is not the same inspection required by the City of San Antonio).
Inspections are not required for all rebates. However, inspections may be done at random or if the work performed requires additional verification to ensure sufficient energy efficiency. If your rebate requires an inspection, you will be contacted by CPS Energy's registered contractor for rebate inspections:

If you receive a call from LgO Services to schedule an inspection, you will need to have someone present at your home that is 18 or older. Inspections may require entering the home, the attic or rear yard.
