In order to encourage the use of many different energy efficiency measures, CPS Energy will increase the rebate amounts up to 10% for two or more measures completed during a calendar year (not including duct testing) and customers can receive an additional 10% rebate up to a maximum of $100.

• Funding for this program is limited.
• The measure must be installed in a home served by CPS Energy between January 1, 2008 and November 30, 2008.
• The completed application form, together with the itemized receipt detailing the work completed, must be received by December 28, 2008 to be eligible.
• CPS Energy reserves the right to make changes to the program without notice.
• CPS Energy reserved the right to inspect all projects. The customer may lose the incentive if
• CPS Energy cannot verify the information provided on the application form.
• Maximum rebate per customer is $2,500 total for all rebates excluding AC central and window replacement, CFL, and Mow Down Smog.

Applying for a Rebate

• Note when pre-inspections are required. ALL CONTRACTORS SHOULD CONTACT CPS ENERGY PRIOR TO COMPLETING THEIR FIRST PROJECT.
• Schedule a pre-inspection if one is needed.
• Verify that all materials meet the rebate requirements and complete the project.
• Fill out all required fields in the Application.
• Send the Application and supporting documentation to the address below. Include a phone number to call for post-inspections.
• The pre-inspection and the application do not guarantee nor reserve funds.
