We continue to fight to protect customers from excessive fuel and purchased power costs from the February 2021 winter storms.  February bills do not include exorbitant winter storm charges. Some eBill notices were emailed Saturday, March 6, 2021, for bills dated February 16 – 18, 2021. Billing and normal eBill notifications will resume Monday, March 8, 2021.
