CPS Energy’s offices, customer service centers, and the call center will be closed on Monday, July 4, 2022 in observance of Independence Day. Offices will reopen Tuesday, July 5 at 7:45AM. Customers can report natural gas or electric emergencies by calling 210-353-HELP (4357) or 1-800-870-1006 anytime. Online services may be conveniently accessed through Manage My Account.  

Starting Friday, July 1 our Customer Service Center hours will be: 7:45AM to 5:00PM Monday-Friday (except holidays).

AutoPay (Automatic Monthly Payments)

Don't worry about due dates or late fees

We’ve made improvements to AutoPay. No more filling out an application or mailing a voided check. Now you can conveniently sign up online through Manage My Account.  

By enrolling in AutoPay, your monthly utility bill is automatically deducted from your bank account on approximately the same day each month. You will still be able to review your billing statement online before payment is withdrawn from your account. The only difference is you won’t have to worry about due dates or late fees. Still prefer to receive a paper bill? That option is always available.
