Our customer service center hours are 7:45AM to 5:00PM Monday-Friday and 7:45AM to 6:45PM on Wednesdays. Senior Citizen Late Payment Waiver

 

CPS Energy residential customers who meet the following eligibility requirements qualify to have late payment charges waived:

  • Individual 60 years of age or older
  • Be the person whose name is on the utility bill (customer of record)
  • Income at or below 125% of Federal Poverty Guidelines

Financial income eligibility requirements are outlined in the chart to the right.
 
For those households with more than 8 members, add $5,200 per year ($450 per month) per additional member.
