CPS Energy is interested in employing a Company to provide all labor, tools, equipment and machinery, parts and materials necessary for General Maintenance Services, on an as needed basis for a three year term.
Companies wishing to provide a Response for this Solicitation must download the Collective Document for this Solicitation no later than December 14, 2018 from the website. There is a link for the Collective Document located on the left side of this page, under the “Solicitation Documents.” To successfully download the documents, it is recommended that Google Chrome 33+, Mozilla Firefox 38.01.1, or Internet Explorer 9 or greater be used.
A Non-Mandatory Pre-Solicitation Meeting will be held on December 19, 2018 at 10:30 a.m. (Central) at CPS Energy Downtown Facility, 145 Navarro St., San Antonio, TX 78205. This meeting is not mandatory, however, it is highly recommended that the interested Companies attend.
To logistically plan for this meeting, you must advise Patricia Wiatrek by email no later than December 18, 2018, by 3:00 p.m. (Central). There will be a list of attendees provided to Security, and only individuals/companies on this list will be allowed to attend.
Attendees for the Pre-Solicitation Meeting must bring a current, state-issued photo ID for admittance to the meeting. For escorting and badging purposes, attendees must check in with Security no later than 10:15 a.m. ( Central).
Response Due Date:
Responses are due no later than January 18, 2019 at 3:00 pm (Central). CPS Energy reserves the right to reject late Submittals. The Collective Document contains all pertinent information regarding Responses.
