Paying your energy bill online through CPS Energy's Manage My Account means you don’t have to write a check, stuff an envelope and track down that elusive stamp to get your bill in on time. Instead, we send you an e-mail when it’s time to view your bill online. Our online payment system is so easy that you can pay your bill faster than you can walk to your mailbox.

If you wish to make an online payment, you must be enrolled in Manage My Account. It takes just a few minutes to enroll. Have your CPS Energy account number and your bank account or credit/debit card information handy.

Once enrolled, your CPS Energy bill can be viewed on line at your convenience. We will send you an e-mail each month to let you know when it’s ready (check your security settings to make sure you receive our email each month). You'll no longer receive your paper bill (although you can request reinstatement of your paper bill instead of the monthly email.). Through Manage My Account, you will be able to view a copy of your entire bill as well as the previous 12 months’ bills. And you can use Manage My Account to start, stop and transfer your service when the time comes or make additional changes to your online account profile.

Online payments from your checking or savings account are processed at no charge to you. You also can use your ATM debit card or VISA, MasterCard and Discover Card. Residential customers will be assessed a $2.50 convenience fee for a payment up to $1,000.00. Fees are collected by Chase, and are non-refundable. CPS Energy is not responsible for convenience charges and does not financially benefit from these fees.
