Nuestro Consejo Directivo de cinco personas gobierna nuestro gas natural y servicios eléctricos. El Consejo está integrado por los ciudadanos que representan los cuatro cuadrantes geográficos de la ciudad de San Antonio. Síndicos deben residir dentro del cuadrante que representan. Miembros del Consejo sirven por un período de cinco años y son elegibles para servir un término adicional. El alcalde de San Antonio sirve como miembro ex officio.

El Consejo Directivo se reúne el último lunes de cada mes a las 1:30 pm en la Sala de Juntas ubicado en el primer piso del edificio principal de CPS Enery localizado en 145 Navarro. Vea nuestro programa de juntas.

Edward Kelley represents the northwest quadrant of CPS Energy's service area. Kelley served as President and CEO of USAA Real Estate before retiring in 2005 after 17 years of service.

Derrick Howard, the Executive Director of the Freeman Coliseum, represents the southeast quadrant of CPS Energy’s service area.

Dr. Homer Guevara Jr., an economics and government professor at Northwest Vista College, represents the southwestern quadrant of CPS Energy's service territory.

Trustee

John Steen represents the northeast quadrant of CPS Energy's service area. He is an attorney who previously served as the 108th Texas Secretary of State and as a commissioner of the Texas Department of Public Safety.

Ron Nirenberg, as current mayor of San Antonio, serves as an ex-officio member of the Board of Trustees. He will remain on the Board through his current mayoral term.
