Register in both vendor systems
To maximize bid opportunities, we encourage all suppliers to register in BOTH vendor systems. For assistance, contact the Supplier Engagement & Development staff at [email protected].
Supplier registration portal
The Supplier Registration Portal identifies those firms that are ready, willing and able to perform services or provide commodities to CPS Energy. It is essential that timely, accurate data, as well as responsive contacts, be maintained within the system.
This helps us ensure we know our available suppliers and helps you avoid missing a competitive procurement opportunity from CPS Energy! To update an existing account or expand its capabilities, contact the Supplier Engagement & Development staff.
Required information:

Supplier management system
To ensure maximum visibility to our competitive opportunities, CPS Energy posts our solicitations to the Supplier Management System. To respond to posted solicitations, the supplier will need to create a user account in the system. The Supplier Management System uses the B2GNow interface.
B2GNow supports many of our peer agencies including the City of San Antonio, Bexar County, SAWS and SupplySA. If you have registered with these entities, you may already have a B2G account that may be used. If you already have a B2GNow account, log in to confirm your contact information is complete and your associated commodity codes are assigned.
