Customers still in an outage need to make plans to stay somewhere cool and safe overnight. Places to Stay Cool and Resiliency Centers are available at SA.gov/HotWeather. Outage restoration will take several days. As a reminder, please stay away from downed power lines and treat them as if they are energized. Report downed power lines to 210-353-HELP (4357). We will continue providing updates as restoration efforts progress.

We can help you light and adjust the pilots on your natural gas appliances, water heaters and furnaces for just $24 plus tax.
Here are some things to keep in mind before you contact us for an appointment:
- An additional fee may be assessed if you miss a scheduled appointment
- If there is heavy accumulation of dust or the heating equipment is faulty, we will not light the pilot until the problem is corrected (owner's responsibility)
- Any maintenance work must be scheduled with a private licensed heating/air conditioning contractor
