System Maintenance: Starting on Saturday, December 14th from 2 PM to Sunday, December 15th at 9 AM, we will be performing maintenance on our systems. During this time, Manage My Account, all other web portals, customer alert notifications, and our automated phone system will be unavailable. EZ Pay credit card payment processing and visibility to bills in Manage My Account will be unavailable. We will still be able to process emergency gas and electric requests by calling 210-353-HELP (4357) or 1-800-870-1006.
