System Maintenance: From 7 PM on Saturday, 05/21/22 to 5 AM on Sunday, 5/22/22, Manage My Account, customer alert notifications, all web portals, and our automated phone system will be unavailable. EZ Pay credit card payment processing and visibility to bills in Manage My Account will also be unavailable during this time.  We will still be able to process emergency gas and electric requests.

Our customer service center hours are 7:45AM to 5:00PM Monday-Friday and 7:45AM to 6:45PM on Wednesdays.
