Upcoming Events

We host events in our community to raise awareness about our many programs, provide education regarding energy efficiency and conservation, and engage in dialog about strategic initiatives.  Dates and times for various events are listed below.  Check back often to find the latest schedule of events.

ARPA COMMUNITY EVENTS are an opportunity for our customers to get in-person help to apply for funds provided by the City of San Antonio through its $20 million allocation of American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds for energy bill assistance.  Events rotate weekly between our Customer Service Centers on Wednesdays, and we travel to neighborhoods on other days of the week to meet with customers, and engage in door-to-door outreach. Learn more from this flyer and apply online at cpsenergy.com/arpa.

DISTRICT UTILITY ASSISTANCE FAIRS are an opportunity for our customers to get in-person help to identify and enroll in assistance programs. The City of San Antonio, Bexar County, and other agencies are represented and offer their assistance resources. Customers should bring their documentation to apply, and we will help identify applicable programs and help complete applications.

We host MORE EVENTS within the San Antonio and Bexar County communities. These local events are an opportunity for customers to learn about and enroll in our residential programs, such as the Affordability Discount Program, Casa Verde Weatherization Program, and Senior Billing programs.

TELE-TOWN HALL EVENTS are opportunities to hear discussions on relevant topics to ensure customers have opportunities to learn about our strategic initiatives and engage with us. Links to previous Tele-Town Halls are available here.

DISTRICT TOWN HALLS events were held jointly with City of San Antonio City Council Offices to provide their constituents opportunities to learn and ask us questions about our rate increase proposal in advance of its approval on January 13, 2022.
