CPS Energy’s offices and customer service centers will be closed on Friday, May 2, 2025, in observance of the Battle of Flowers Parade. We will reopen on Monday, May 5, at 7:45AM. Although our call center will be closed for regular business, we are still open for customers to report natural gas or electric emergencies anytime by calling 210-353-HELP (4357) or 1-800-870-1006. Online services may be conveniently accessed through Manage My Account (MMA).
As we look ahead to the needs and opportunities of the future, CPS Energy is planning to ensure our organization empowers our community for generations. On January 31, 2025, the CPS Energy Board of Trustees approved the Horizon 2050 framework. Our Horizon 2050 plan will serve as a foundation for how our utility will plan for the future and defines our commitment to serving you for years to come. CPS Energy will continue to seek public input on Horizon 2050 as our utility evolves to fit the needs of customers and the community we serve.
