CPS Energy’s offices and customer service centers will be closed on Wednesday, December 24, and Thursday, December 25, 2025, in observance of Christmas. We will reopen on Friday, December 26, at 7:45 AM. Residential Energy Assistance Partnership (REAP) is a 501(c)(3) designated nonprofit and was established in 2002 through a partnership between CPS Energy, Bexar County and the City of San Antonio. REAP provides energy bill assistance twice a year to those in need. CPS Energy contributes $1 million annually to the REAP fund and works throughout the year to raise additional funds for the program.
