The Weatherization Repair Assistance Program (WRAP) helps transform lives in San Antonio by helping low-income families who can’t afford essential home repairs. Roughly 30% of homes are disqualified from receiving Casa Verde weatherization upgrades—like better insulation and energy efficiency improvements—due to the need for minor, but costly repairs. WRAP bridges this gap, creating safer, more energy-efficient homes for those who need it most.
Common WRAP repairs typically under $2,000 include:
- Gas stove replacements
- Drywall and ceiling repairs
- Minor electrical issues
