We require the use of a face-covering and we will screen customers for COVID-19 symptoms before they enter any CPS Energy facility. Our modified customer service center hours are 10:30 am to 5:00 pm. Monday-Friday. Agency Partner Portal

 
 

We realize many groups and organizations wish to help others in our community who are less fortunate. Our Agency Partners Portal makes it possible for representatives of these organizations to view client account data and enter pledges and payments on behalf of their clients. This portal offers 24/7 access from the convenience of your office and computer.

Any organization that helps residential customers with payment of their CPS Energy bill may enroll in the Agency Partners Portal. To enroll, register through the online form below by providing the requested information. You will receive a response from CPS Energy within two business days confirming your enrollment.
