One or more Facilities at a common development with an aggregate demand load greater than or equal to 40 MW behind one or more common Points of Delivery.

Yes, CPS Energy is assessing fees for customers requesting an engineering and planning study for interconnection requests equal to or exceeding 40 megawatts (MW). Our Study Fee Schedule is shown below. Please note that these fees are in addition to any ERCOT levied fees, and CPS Energy will update the fee structure annually to ensure cost recovery for interconnection study activities.
For projects with loads greater than 75 MW, the Pre-LLIS Screening Study is offered to identify the most efficient Point of Interconnection (POI) in scenarios where multiple transmission lines are in the vicinity of the property. All projects larger than 75 MW will require the ERCOT Large Load Interconnection Study. Please note that these fees are in addition to any other ERCOT-levied fees, and CPS Energy will review and update the fee structure annually to ensure full cost recovery for interconnection study activities. CPS Energy also reserves the right to determine any additional study requirements and apply corresponding fees on a case-by-case basis.
