During this time, Manage My Account, all other web portals, customer alert notifications, and our automated phone system will be unavailable. EZ Pay credit card payment processing and visibility to bills in Manage My Account will be unavailable until Sunday, April 20th at 5 AM. We will still be able to process emergency gas and electric requests by calling 210-353-HELP (4357) or 1-800-870-1006.
