Foster Road Substation & Transmission Line Project
CPS Energy proposes to construct a new substation in East Bexar County in the area of Foster Road and Houston Street to serve significant load growth in the area. CPS Energy plans to install a new 138 kilovolt (kV) transmission line that will be connected to the existing Beck Road to Kirby 138 kV transmission line in order to serve the new proposed substation.
