CPS Energy’s offices, customer service centers, and call centers will be closed on Friday, April 26, 2024, in observance of the Battle of Flowers Parade. Offices will reopen on Monday, April 29 at 7:45 AM. Customers can report natural gas or electric emergencies by calling 210-353-HELP (4357) or 1-800-870-1006 anytime. Online services may be conveniently accessed through Manage My Account (MMA).
Senior Citizen Late Payment Waiver
CPS Energy residential customers who meet the following eligibility requirements qualify to have late payment charges waived:
- Individual 60 years of age or older
- Be the person whose name is on the utility bill (customer of record)
- Income at or below 125% of Federal Poverty Guidelines
Financial income eligibility requirements are outlined in the chart to the right.
For those households with more than 8 members, add $5,200 per year ($450 per month) per additional member.
