CPS Energy’s offices and customer service centers will be closed on Friday, May 2, 2025, in observance of the Battle of Flowers Parade. We will reopen on Monday, May 5, at 7:45AM. Although our call center will be closed for regular business, we are still open for customers to report natural gas or electric emergencies anytime by calling 210-353-HELP (4357) or 1-800-870-1006. Online services may be conveniently accessed through Manage My Account (MMA).

We try to make it as convenient as possible to pay your energy bill. Pay online, by phone, or by mail.
Each CPS Energy Customer Service Center has a night deposit box for round-the-clock payments.

Western Union - at their locations and through local retailers H-E-B, Woodforest National Bank, Money Box/Speedy Cash or other retail stores customer service areas. There is a fee of one dollar ($1.00) paid to the third-party vendor.
In-Store Retail Cash Payments - at the check-out stand at thousands of retail locations across the US and locally at H-E-B, CVS, Walgreens, Dollar General, 7-Eleven, Family Dollar, Stripes, and Pilot Flying J locations. There is a fee of one dollar and ninety-nine cents ($1.99) paid to the third-party vendor.
