Stay on Top of Power Outages:

Reliability, Resiliency, and Safety are three of our six Guiding Pillars

Resiliency is the ability to recover quickly. Resiliency is important as our world can change in an instant. While we are taking steps to recover from outages, please know that even when working through new challenges, your energy utility systems and team members are focused on Safety and Reliability.

Reliability is one of our highest priorities. But power outages do happen, for a number of reasons - Outage Causes include rain, wind, lightning, broken tree limbs, and power grid emergencies. Also vehicle accidents and wildlife are frequent causes of outages. If your neighbors have power and you do not, they may be on a different transmission circuit or you should check your breakers.

If your power goes out, we can send you an Outage Alert  letting you know when to expect your service to be restored. We need to have up-to-date contact information for you to send you alerts. Please be sure you are signed up for Manage My Account with your phone number and email address. You can select the type of alerts you will receive from us.
