Supplier registration portal
The supplier registration portal for informal procurement uses an internal system. If you are interested in registering, follow the link below. If you want to update an existing account or expand its capabilities, contact the Supplier Engagement & Development staff.

- Remittance details
- Business references (3)
- Documentation (brochures/capability statement)
- CPS Energy’s specific commodity codes called Families

Once registration is submitted, CPS Energy staff will request a Business Questionnaire and a W-9 to complete the registration.
Supplier management system
The supplier management system for formal procurement uses the B2GNow interface. If you have an account in B2GNow, simply log in and ensure NAICS codes and contact information are up to date.
Required information:
- EIN to look up potential existing accounts
- Contact information & company details
Additional information to add once registration is complete:
- NAICS codes
- Create additional users (optional)

- View active bid opportunities
- Submit bids
- Report prime/subcontracting payments
