System Maintenance: Starting on Saturday, June 27, 2026, at 8 p.m., and continuing through Sunday, June 28, 2026, at 5 a.m., we will be performing maintenance on our systems. During this time, Manage My Account, all other web portals, customer alert notifications, and our automated phone system will be unavailable. Overview
We know many of our seniors have worked and excelled for years, but now may be living on a fixed income. Our Senior Citizen Billing Program allows customers additional time to pay the net amount of energy bills.
How do I qualify?
- The person whose name appears on the CPS Energy account must be at least 60 years of age.
- The program can only be applied to the customer’s principal residence.
- Customer needs a State ID or Drivers License number.
Do I have to reapply?
Once enrolled in the program, there is no need to re-enroll.
What are the benefits?
Allows Residents additional time to pay the net amount of energy bills.
- 25 days, instead of the normal 16 days, to pay your monthly bill.
