Board Meetings and Presentations
You can participate in the Public Comment portion of the meetings. Pre-registration is required. Public Comment is a period of time that is dedicated during Board Meetings for members of the public to address the CPS Energy Board of Trustees about posted agenda items for that meeting.
- Pre-registration for the Monday, 1/30 Regular Board Meeting will be from 5pm Wednesday, 1/25 until 1pm Friday, 1/27.
- There are two ways to register to provide comment:

- Note: Emails and phone messages received outside of the time frame will not be registered.
- For both phone calls and emails, please include the following required* information:
- First & Last Name *
- Title & Group/Organization you are representing (if applicable)
- City & State you reside in *
- Contact phone number *
- Email address *
- Which Board Agenda Item will you be speaking about? List the item number *
- Will you have handouts? Handouts must be emailed to [email protected] by 5:00PM on the day prior to the meeting for which you are providing public comment. Videos are not permitted.*
- Do you require translation services?

Attending a Board Meeting In-Person:
- Please bring your government-issued ID.
- Safety & Security Protocols:
- Face coverings are encouraged
- Please do not attend in-person if you or a member of your household has tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 14 days, or if you are experiencing the following symptoms: fever, abnormal cough, or shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, chills, repeated shaking with chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, recent loss of taste or smell.
- Attendees must go through a metal detector before entering the building. Concealed weapons are prohibited.
- Parking: Please park in the surface parking lot in front of the main building. (See Map)
- Public Comment: Public commenters will speak in-person in the order in which they registered.
- Individuals who have signed up to speak during the public comment period will be allowed to enter the Board Room to provide their public comment and are welcome to watch and listen to the full Board Meeting in other designated rooms.
- To comply with our COVID-19 Safety Protocols a limited number of individuals will be allowed in the Board Room and other designated rooms in our building.
- The meeting will be livestreamed and recorded.
