We encourage the use of a face-covering at any CPS Energy facility. Our customer service center hours are 7:45 AM to 5:00 PM Monday-Friday. Starting on Wednesday 11/17, Customer service hours will be temporarily extended to 6:45 PM on Wednesdays only.
