CPS Energy’s offices, customer service centers, and the call center will be closed on Monday, July 4, 2022 in observance of Independence Day. Offices will reopen Tuesday, July 5 at 7:45AM. Customers can report natural gas or electric emergencies by calling 210-353-HELP (4357) or 1-800-870-1006 anytime. Online services may be conveniently accessed through Manage My Account.  

Starting Friday, July 1 our Customer Service Center hours will be: 7:45AM to 5:00PM Monday-Friday (except holidays).

CPS Energy is hosting a series of Tele-Town Hall events in 2021 to ensure customers provide input on the utility’s path toward advanced generation sources. Thousands of customers have already participated in these types of events and the feedback has been an essential part of the process. At every Tele-Town Hall, CPS Energy will share information about initiatives the utility has in place for the community. This collaboration with its stakeholders puts the utility on the best path forward for San Antonio’s future energy needs. All of these initiatives are driven by our Guiding Pillars and People First approach and have the same goal to bring a cleaner, more sustainable future to San Antonio with the support of our customers.
