  • Unemployment Benefits
  • Child Support (Payment history for the past 30 days) 
  • TANF Letter
  • Annuity Award Letter
  • Adoption Subsidy
  • Rent Change Notice (If enrolled in housing program)
• Utility Bills:
  • CPS Energy Bill
  • SAWS Bill (Water Bill)
  • Lease Agreement (Rent)
