CPS Energy’s offices, customer service centers, and the call center will be closed on Monday, July 4, 2022 in observance of Independence Day. Offices will reopen Tuesday, July 5 at 7:45AM. Customers can report natural gas or electric emergencies by calling 210-353-HELP (4357) or 1-800-870-1006 anytime. Online services may be conveniently accessed through Manage My Account.  

Starting Friday, July 1 our Customer Service Center hours will be: 7:45AM to 5:00PM Monday-Friday (except holidays).

Citizens Advisory Committee (CAC) Meetings

 

The CPS Energy Citizens Advisory Committee (CAC) meets monthly with the primary goal of providing judicious advice from a customer perspective on utility-related projects and programs.

Mission: To Support CPS Energy’s essential elements of success by acting as an interface between CPS Energy and its customers; to help tell the CPS Energy story often and well; to understand performance measures and to challenge CPS Energy to “think outside the box.”

Vision: The vision of the CAC is to partner and to work with CPS Energy to be the best value for electric power and natural gas in the service area without compromising our quality of life while fostering an image of competence. The CAC will be a trusted interface in facilitating two-way communication between CPS Energy and its customers.
